After two games on the road, Bronaugh is heading back home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Hume Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Bronaugh focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Wednesday.
Last Wednesday, Bronaugh came up short against Varsity Opponent and fell 57-47. Bronaugh has struggled against Varsity Opponent recently, as their match on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Strauss Banes, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Bowling, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, Hume didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Bronaugh back in November, but they still walked away with a 47-43 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hume.
Bronaugh's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Hume, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
