They were a single  goal away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Elko Indians. Fernley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Elko, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-5-1 record  this season.
