With a playoff win on the line, Keller rose to the challenge on Thursday. They won by a run and slipped past the Mansfield Tigers 4-3. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Keller pushed their record up to 23-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Mansfield, they moved to 22-7-1 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Keller will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
