Last Thursday, Delhi was beaten by the Warriors 80-33. Delhi was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-20.
Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Gustine ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Waterford 43-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Gustine.
Delhi's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Gustine, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-18 record this season.
