Souerdyke Made His Presence Known in Thayer Central's 60-18 Win
Starting off the list is Thayer Central's Sam Souerdyke, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Souerdyke rushed for 209 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making six total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending a pass.

Sandy Creek picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Connor Rempe. Nobody could stop Rempe as he picked up 38 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards.
Exeter-Milligan/Friend had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Rempe it was a similar story. When Rempe last faced the Bobcats back in September of 2023, he picked up 119 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 51 yards.
