Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Taylor Prep). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Universal Learning Academy 85-8. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Taylor Prep's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Universal Learning Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Taylor Prep will be playing in front of their home fans against Canton Preparatory at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Universal Learning Academy, they will face off against Michigan Math & Science at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Michigan Math & Science knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Universal Learning Academy likes a good challenge.
