At bat,  Carcaci  scored a  run while going 1-for-3, while  McGinn  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in two of her three plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Kaitlyn Capalbo was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.  Maya Hutchinson was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
 Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Gloucester Catholic, their record now sits at 9-7.
 Salem might still be hurting after the  11-1 loss they got from Gloucester Catholic  in their previous matchup  back in April. Can Salem avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
