Harris-Lake Park have had to suffer through a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Clay Central-Everly 59-6. The rankings were on Harris-Lake Park's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
Meanwhile, if Kingsley-Pierson were riding high off their 44-18 takedown of River Valley two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Kingsley-Pierson suffered a grim 42-64 defeat to Ar-We-Va. The blowout was painful but not necessarily a suprise as Ar-We-Va enjoys a considerable advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Everything went Harris-Lake Park's way against Kingsley-Pierson the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 46-16 victory. Will Harris-Lake Park repeat their success, or does Kingsley-Pierson have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
