Berkner came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Nimitz Vikings a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Berkner's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-8. As for Nimitz, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
