  Alex Spezzano made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   two  hits. Spezzano was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 3-for-3.
 Spezzano wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Jake Higgins, who  scored three  runs and  stole four bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Holden Sullivan, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Warsaw got themselves on the board against Pavilion on Monday, but Pavilion never followed suit. They walked away with  a   4-0  victory over the Golden Gophers.
 Le Roy's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Warsaw, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.
 Everything went Le Roy's way against Warsaw in their previous matchup  on April 9th as Le Roy made off with  an  8-1 win. Does  Le Roy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Warsaw turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
