Fulton County won the last time they faced Fulton City, and things went their way on Friday, too. Fulton County were fully in charge, breezing past Fulton City 70-0. Fulton County was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win bumped Fulton County's record up to 1-0. The loss dropped Fulton City's record to 0-2.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week, Fulton County take on Stewart County at 7:30 PM. Fulton City have some extra time to regroup and restrategize before their next game, which is against Todd County Central at 7:00 PM in two weeks.
