Wednesday just wasn't the day for Central's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huntingdon Bearcats on Wednesday. The Dragons' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Central saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrey Rhodes, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Norah Bechtel also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Huntingdon, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Central will head out to face off against Bedford at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Huntingdon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Juniata Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
