After a totally unproductive first quarter, the Clear Creek-Amana offense stepped up its game and put 10 points on the board in the second quarter. Marion came up with 3 to make it 10-3 heading into the break. Clear Creek-Amana almost let the match get away from them in the second half, but they had just enough oomph to take it. The win bumped their record up to 4-0. The loss dropped Marion's record to 1-3.
Clear Creek-Amana will look to defend their home turf next week against Liberty at 7:30 PM. As for Marion, they will face off against Center Point-Urbana.
