The Timnath Cubs will head out on the road to  challenge  the Liberty Common Eagles at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Timnath can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Tuesday. They blew past Wellington 64-23 at home. Given Timnath's advantage  in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings  (they are ranked 111th, while Wellington is ranked 277th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Timnath's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Lily Eisbrener, who  scored ten points along with eight  rebounds and seven  assists. It was the first time this season that  Eisbrener  pulled down eight or more  rebounds.  Tiana Guzman was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points along with five  steals and three  blocks.
 Meanwhile, Liberty Common scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They breezed by The Pinnacle on the road  to the tune of  72-19. The team's offensive explosion also rewarded Liberty Common with their most commanding win of the season.
 Timnath's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-5. They've been dominating during the  matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 33.7 points. As for Liberty Common, their win  ended a three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 6-10.
 Timnath strolled past Liberty Common in their previous meeting  back in February of 2023 by a score of  53-38. The rematch might be a little tougher for Timnath since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
