The Timpanogos Timberwolves put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 61-50 win over Wasatch. That's two games straight that Timpanogos has won by exactly 11 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Timpanogos to victory, but perhaps none more so than Steven LaPray, who scored 11 points. The game was LaPray's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jack Johnson, who scored 11 points.
Timpanogos' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Wasatch, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Timpanogos and Spanish Fork will face off at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Utah (Spanish Fork is ranked 22nd, while Timpanogos is ranked 16th). As for Wasatch, they will head out on the road to face off against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Mountain View focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Saturday.
