Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday James Speight stepped things up a notch to give Thales Academy Apex the 'W'. Speight wasn't messing around, going 1-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base. The matchup was his fifth straight with at least one stolen base.

Speight and Thales Academy Apex will square off against Cary Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Speight has dominated as far as runs are concerned (he's averaged 2 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Knights have only allowed 2.62 per game this season.
