Sidney won the last time they faced Essex, and things went their way on Friday, too. Sidney were fully in charge, breezing past Essex 62-24.
The win bumped Sidney's record up to 2-1. Essex are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Sidney take on Griswold at 7:00 PM. Essex will look to defend their home turf against Fremont-Mills at 7:00 PM.
