On Thursday, Capistrano Valley are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Pacifica at 3:15 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Capistrano Valley had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 34-27 win over La Mirada.
Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for Pacifica as they fell 21-24 to Trabuco Hills last Thursday.
Capistrano Valley's victory lifted them to 2-1 while Pacifica's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Capistrano Valley can add another positive mark to their record or if Pacifica can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Capistrano Valley's step.
