Hunt is 2-0 against West Johnston since October of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Hunt Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the West Johnston Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Hunt will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hunt to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaiden Terrell, who rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries. Terrell is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played. Ny'gir Alston was in the mix too, providing Hunt with two touchdowns.
Hunt's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB eight times. Leading the way was Khalyb Robinson and his two sacks.
Meanwhile, West Johnston came up short against C.B. Aycock on Friday and fell 20-7.
Hunt's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 7-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.3 points per game. As for West Johnston, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Friday' game: Hunt has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 350.2 total yards per game. It's a different story for West Johnston, though, as they've been averaging only 184.6 per game. Will Hunt be able to march up the field at their leisure again, or will West Johnston flip the ?
Hunt beat West Johnston 15-8 in their previous meeting back in October of 2022. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hunt since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
