Lincoln is 9-1 against the Crusaders since January of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The two teams will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 9th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Lincoln focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Saturday.
In what's become a running theme this season, Lincoln gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. Everything went their way against Bishop Heelan Catholic as Lincoln made off with a 67-47 win. The score was close at the half, but Lincoln pulled away in the second half with 38 points.
Lincoln can attribute much of their success to Cole Arnold, who scored 21 points along with two steals, and Etienne Higgins, who scored 20 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Aiden Sandbothe, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Bishop Heelan Catholic, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.
