Ludlow gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They were able to grind out a solid win over Carroll County, winning 28-14. That result is just more of the same for Ludlow, who also won the last time these teams played.
Ludlow's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 21 points in the first half. Carroll County came up with 6 to put the score at 21-6. Ludlow were outperformed in the second half 7-8 but had enough in reserve from the first to take the game. This was the first game for both teams, giving Ludlow a 1-0 record and starting Carroll County off at 0-1.
