Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Butler beat Rowe-Clark 42-37 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Butler.
Among those leading the charge was Ricardo Johnson, who scored 18 points. DJ Taylor was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
Johnson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Butler, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
Johnson came out on top in a nail-biter against Butler when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 60-57. Does Johnson have another victory up their sleeve, or will Butler turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
