At the plate, Amelia Woodke was incredible, going 2-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelsey Campbell, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
Indian Creek has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Cloverdale, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Monday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Cloverdale has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .447. However, it's not like Indian Creek struggles in that department as they've averaged .439. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
