The Milford Mavericks have enjoyed the comforts of home their last five games, but now they must head out on the road. They will take on the South Lyon Lions on Tuesday. Milford isn't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
The Mavericks made easy work of Walled Lake Western on Friday and carried off a 37-17 win.
Meanwhile, South Lyon found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unfortunate 79-55 punch to the gut against Mott last week.
Milford's victory lifted them to 4-11 while South Lyon's loss dropped them down to 9-7. We'll see if Milford can repeat their recent success or if the Lions bounce back and reverse their fortune.
