After a big victory against Syracuse last Friday, Malcolm came back down to earth. Malcolm lost to Freeman by a decisive 13-33 margin.
The defeat dropped Malcolm's record to 1-5. The win bumped Freeman's record up to 4-2.
Malcolm will stay at home next week against Conestoga at 7:00 PM. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match. As for Freeman, they will face off against Johnson County Central. Freeman will be strutting in after a victory while Johnson County Central will be stumbling in from a loss.
