David Posnack Jewish Day's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sophia Klein, who scored 20 points along with three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Klein has scored at least 25% of David Posnack Jewish Day's points. Another player making a difference was Emma Azafrani, who scored 11 points along with eight steals.
The win got David Posnack Jewish Day back to even at 4-4. As for Jewish Culture, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. David Posnack Jewish Day will challenge Saint Andrew's at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Jewish Culture will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sheridan Hills Christian at 3:30 p.m. on January 29th.
