Lugo rushed for 135 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries while Webb rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. Webb is becoming a predictor of Sahuaro's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-6 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Perez, who rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.
Although Pueblo took the loss, they still got scores from Andres Carpenter and Fernando Garcia.
With the victory, Sahuaro broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. As for Pueblo, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.
