Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Alyssa Patchen stepped things up a notch to give Beckman the 'W'. Patchen scored three runs while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Patchen and Beckman will face off against Foothill at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights will enter the matchup having just beaten Crean Lutheran, so the Patriots will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
