Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Boyertown to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trey Kern, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. Ryan Thompson was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five assists.
Boyertown's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Interboro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boyertown will take on Owen J. Roberts at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Owen J. Roberts is ranked 383rd, while Boyertown is ranked 366th). As for Interboro, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Ridley at 11:00 a.m. Ridley and Interboro are at an even 3-3 over their past six head-to-heads.
