The North Central Wolfpack got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the East Valley Knights's two. This was a revenge game for North Central: when they faced off against East Valley back in March, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

North Central's victory bumped their record up to 5-6-1. As for East Valley, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.
