Washington (Miami, Fla.) kept up a steady attack all game long to beat Carol City (Miami, Fla.), 44-0, on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a
Treon Harris touchdown pass to
Krondis Larry in the first quarter, the Tornadoes led 24-0 at the half.
Washington expanded its lead to 38 points entering the fourth quarter. WHS scored two times in the third, including once on a
Deltron Hopkins touchdown run.
Harris was the top performer for the Tornadoes. The senior quarterback threw three touchdowns.
A 39-26 Washington victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
With the win WHS extended its winning streak to three games.
