Hallsville had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 48-point drubbing they dealt Linn on Tuesday. The Hallsville Indians simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Linn Wildcats 79-31. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 22 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Linn lost, don't look at Tony Peters. Despite the final result, he posted nine points along with five boards and three blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Heckman, who put up five points.

Hallsville has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Linn, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Hallsville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-58 win against Harrisburg on the 30th. Linn has also already played their next game, a 45-35 loss against Fayette on the 31st.
