The Parsippany Redhawks gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They secured a 58-54 W over Boonton. That's another feather in the cap for Parsippany, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 3.33 points across that stretch. As for Boonton, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Parsippany will head out on the road to face off against Dover at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Boonton will be home for the holidays to greet Parsippany Hills at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
