It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Holmdel had no problem doing just that on Friday. They claimed a resounding 43-10 victory over the Cinnaminson Pirates. The result was nothing new for the Hornets, who have now won four contests by 26 points or more so far this season.

Holmdel's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.3 points over those games. As for Cinnaminson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
