Green has been on the road for three straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host NEST+m at 5:00 p.m. on January 19th. Green comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
Green suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Thursday. They took a serious blow against Clinton School, falling 67-23. Green has struggled against Clinton School recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, NEST+m's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 43-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pace.
Green bumped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.5 points per game. As for NEST+m, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
Things could have been worse for Green, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 41-27 loss to NEST+m in their previous meeting back in December of 2023.
