It was a good run, but Toledo unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 45-34 to the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles. The Boomers lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 51-16 score last time.

Toledo's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for East Linn Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

When Toledo and East Linn Christian Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Toledo will try to stop Monroe's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, East Linn Christian Academy will challenge Central Linn and their four-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
