Christian faced Hudsonville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Christian took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hudsonville. Christian's defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15.

Grace Goodyke paced Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Goodyke got some help from Taylor Frost and her nine assists. Goodyke was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
