The Harvey Hornets's five-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They secured a 44-40 W over Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harvey to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rachel Neumiller, who scored 14 points along with two steals. Neumiller continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylee Keller, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Harvey's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9-1. As for Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
Harvey will head out on the road to challenge New Rockford-Sheyenne at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood, they will be playing at home against Tioga at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
