The Collinwood Railroaders's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Orange Lions at 6:00 p.m. on February 8th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Collinwood suffered their closest defeat since December 12, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of Bard Early College by a score of 48-45.
Meanwhile, Orange pushed their score all the way to 58 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. The matchup between them and Crestwood wasn't particularly close, with Orange falling 75-58. While losing is never fun, Orange can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 519th, while Crestwood is ranked 194th).
Collinwood dropped their record down to 2-12 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Orange, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
