Spalding's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bahji Daniel led the charge by scoring 18 points along with six assists and two steals. Daniel hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Curt Clark was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with six assists and two steals.
Howard suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 60-35 walloping at the hands of Baldwin. Howard has struggled against Baldwin recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Spalding has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Howard, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.
