Hunt extended their  winning streak to six games  thanks to a huge performance from  Na'Sir Hines. The Hunt Warriors simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the West Johnston Wildcats 70-41 thanks in part to  Hines, who  went 8 for 11  en route to 21 points and six  boards. The  matchup was  his third in a row with at least ten points.
  Ny'Gir Alston was another key player,  going 5 of 6  on his way to 11  points and five  rebounds. That's the most points  he has posted since back in December of 2024.
 West Johnston's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Christian McFall, who  posted 12  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Noah Ellington, who  put up five points.
Hunt has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 11 of their last 12 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record  this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 66.3 points per game. As for West Johnston, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost three of their last four contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hunt will take on South Johnston at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
