Given Upper Dublin's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while Hatboro-Horsham is ranked 516th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Neshaminy beat Bensalem 56-47 on Tuesday.
Neshaminy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nate Townsend, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Guy Horton, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Upper Dublin is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Neshaminy, their victory bumped their record up to 15-7.
