The MacArthur Brahmas will head out on the road to  take on  the Southwest Dragons  at 1:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. MacArthur's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7  runs per game  this season, so Southwest's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
MacArthur is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. They walked away with  a   13-8  win over McCollum  on Friday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Brahmas.

 The team  relied heavily on  J.T. Gray, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3. MacArthur is undefeated when  Gray posts two or  more  runs, but 2-3 otherwise.  Andrew Moneer also deserves some recognition as  he  hit his first  triple of the season.
Meanwhile, Southwest entered their tilt with South San Antonio on Friday with three consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp  9-1 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win the Dragons have posted  against the Bobcats since March 4, 2022.
 Jovonny Amador and  David Samudio did most of the damage at the plate:  Amador  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4, while  Samudio  scored two  runs and  stole  Three bases. while going 3-for-4. Those  three  stolen bases gave  Samudio a new career-high.  Romeo Castillo was another key player,  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances with two  stolen bases and one  RBI.
 Southwest  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South San Antonio only managed five  hits.
 MacArthur's record now sits at 6-3. As for Southwest, their record now sits at 6-2-1.
Southwest's hitters will have their work cut out for them  on Tuesday. MacArthur has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.3  strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Southwest, though, as  they've been averaging  only 4  strikeouts. Will MacArthur keep running through batters, or will Southwest buck the trend?
 MacArthur came up short against Southwest in their previous matchup  back in March of 2016, falling  8-3. Can MacArthur avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
