Picayune stacked  an  eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past the West Harrison Hurricanes 8-2. Winning may never get old, but Picayune sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
 Picayune got a great performance from  Tanner Busby as he  struck out seven batters over  six innings while giving up just two earned runs off   five  hits. Busby has been consistent recently: he hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Cooper Moreaux was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  doubles, two  runs,  and  an  RBI.  Kyler King was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Picayune is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record  this season. As for West Harrison, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with that  defeat, which was their third straight  on the road.
 The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Picayune beat West Harrison by a score of  4-0.
