The Hardin-Central Bulldogs lost to the Northwestern Eagles back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Hardin-Central took down Northwestern 36-21. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hardin-Central.
Libby Fifer continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Addison Schachtele, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Hardin-Central now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
Hardin-Central will head out on the road to challenge Richmond at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
