With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game. Abraham Rodriguez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Gibbs came up short against Foundation Christian Academy on Tuesday, falling 18-1. The Gladiators have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Bayshore's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Gibbs, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.

Bayshore took their victory against Gibbs in their previous meeting back in February by a conclusive 22-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bruins since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
