If Palmerton wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Pen Argyl, they should've done a better job of containing Caiden Faust. The Green Knights came out on top against the Blue Bombers by a score of 27-20 on Saturday with plenty of help from Faust, who rushed for 70 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 55 receiving yards. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 51 yards.
Pen Argyl has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 26 points this season. As for Palmerton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
