Clayton will challenge Jennings on the road at 6:00 PM on Thursday. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
Clayton took their match against University City last Thursday by a conclusive 30-6 score.
Meanwhile, Jennings took the contest and then some with a 70-6 win. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point they had established a 36-6 advantage.
Their wins bumped Clayton to 3-0 and Jennings to 2-1. With both Jennings and Clayton swaggering in after impressive performances, it will be interesting to see which team steps up to teach the other some humility.
