Grace Academy took down Cumberland Valley Christian 46-29. Grace Academy pushed the score to 38-14 by the end of the third, a deficit Cumberland Valley Christian cut but never quite recovered from.
Despite the defeat, Cumberland Valley Christian saw an underclassman step up: Makenna Morris scored 13 points.
Grace Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Cumberland Valley Christian, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

As for Cumberland Valley Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Mount Airy Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 26th. Hopefully Mount Airy Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Thursday.
