Volleyball Recap: Princeton Extends Winning Streak to Five

Princeton entered their tilt with Byron on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Byron. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Princeton also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Keely Lawson paced Princeton's offense, picking up nine kills. Lawson got some help from Makayla Hecht and her 13 assists. Caroline Keutzer controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Princeton's victory bumped their record up to 17-13. As for Byron, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-9 record this season.

Princeton has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Mercer County on the 11th. Byron has also already played their next match (against Plano), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
